Flawless By Tina is a Independent Make-up Consulting and Application service. I am the sole owner of Flawless by Tina and work either out of my home or travel directly to you. Like any other businesses, appointments must be made for either consultation and or application. I strongly recommend a consultation visit before any major event. Application is charged to the customer based on the level of application that the customer requires.
